• We need 1-2 business days to get your order ready.
• The time it takes to arrive and the cost depends on where you're at.

• UK: 3-4 business days.
• EU: 3-10 business days.
• For the rest of the world: 5-17 business days.

• We'll drop you an email high-five.

• Rates play a bit of hide and seek, depending on your location and what you're getting.

• Oops, we all have those moments! But to cancel, you've got a 24-hour window to change your mind. After that, we've already sent your package on its adventure.

• No worries! If we haven't hit the road yet, we can fix it.
• Just drop us a message using the contact form or email us at info@paperfrog.co with your order number and the right shipping address.
• But if we've already shipped it, we can't rescue it from the wrong address. So, double-check before hitting that order button!
